Property Rights of the contract will be the clients contact information for future reference. All other material will be sent back to the client (if requested) or destroyed. Personal Data Protection Any personal data collected in the organization, scheduling and during the event, will be keeping in strictest confidence. It will only be used for the undersign schedule of work laid out in this contract. All data collected under this contract will be destroyed within a twelve (12) month period after the contract has been fulfilled, except for contact information.
